Talent Acquisition Specialist

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization's staffing needs. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. The specialist also works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recommendations.

Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce planning needs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring effectiveness.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
