- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations with accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries for banking and treasury transactions.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, bank balances, and payments.
- Work closely with the accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in financial reporting, audits, and preparing treasury reports.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountantStrong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Familiarity with financial accounting statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processExperience with ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a plus)Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesAccuracy and attention to detailBS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevantRelevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
