Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and architectural projects in Al Alamein, North Coast.
   • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction and handover.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Site Architecture and Finishing Works:
   • Supervise on-site architectural activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
   • Manage finishing works, including interior and exterior finishes, to ensure a high-quality final product.
   • Review and approve shop drawings and ensure their accurate implementation on-site.
3. Coordination and Collaboration:
   • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Electrical and Mechanical site managers ,civil engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to address project requirements and approvals.
   • Resolve any design or construction-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
4. Infrastructure, Electrical , Mechanical and Civil Works:
   • Oversee infrastructure ,Electrical , Mechanical and civil works related to the project, including roads, utilities, and landscaping.
   • Ensure integration between architectural designs and civil/infrastructure elements.
   • Monitor compliance with local regulations and standards for infrastructure and civil works.
5. Team Leadership and Management:
   • Lead and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and site supervisors.
   • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project goals and timelines.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   • Implement quality control procedures to ensure all architectural Electrical , Mechanical and finishing works meet design and safety standards.
   • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
   • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and progress reports.
   • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges.
   • Prepare and submit final project reports upon completion.
