Key Responsibilities:
Telesales & Lead Conversion:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote Digital School by Berlitz’s courses and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert these leads into enrollments by providing detailed information on programs, schedules, fees, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals over the phone.
Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and clients in the CRM system, tracking all interactions.
- Nurture leads by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding potential students through the enrollment process.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for prospective clients.
- Understand the educational needs and goals of students and recommend suitable programs to meet their objectives.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students to foster trust and encourage enrollment.
- Sales Reporting:
- Provide insights on lead sources, customer feedback, and potential improvements to the sales process.
Collaboration:
Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled students.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (experience in the education or tech sectors is a plus). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through phone-based sales.Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
