  9. Oversee high-risk activities and implement necessary safety measures to ensure their safe completion.
  10. Perform random inspections to confirm that fire extinguishing and alarm systems are regularly checked by the responsible personnel and that records of fire safety equipment are properly maintained.
  11. Determine the required quantities of materials, tools, equipment, and necessary maintenance needs.
  12. Evaluate reports to ensure leased shops adhere to occupational health and safety requirements.
  13. Monitor the implementation of recommendations from the club's occupational health and safety meetings.
  14. Oversee the execution of maintenance visits related to alarm and fire suppression system contracts.
  15. Verify the functionality and safety of all activities, ensuring they are free from any risks that could cause harm to members.
  16. Provide advice and guidance to club management on safety requirements for new activities, tournaments, events, and similar occasions.
  17. Train employees on evacuation plans, emergency procedures, fire-fighting techniques, and risk assessment methods.
  18. Develop and distribute awareness materials, safety posters, and safe operating instructions.
  19. Liaise with regulatory authorities for occupational health, safety, and environmental inspections.
  20. Ensure compliance with legal requirements for occupational health and safety procedures, documentation, and records.
  21. Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve government violations related to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  22. Assist in analyzing risk assessment results for club departments, facilities, and safety equipment.
  23. Review random risk assessment reports to confirm they meet policies and procedures.
  24. Investigate incidents, identify causes, recommend solutions, and report findings to the manager.
  25. Prepare and submit reports on legal requirements to relevant departments and monitor their implementation.
  26. Create regular reports on staff performance and monitor their supervision of technicians.
  27. Guide the team in handling emergencies and incidents according to safety standards.
  28. Ensure that occupational health and safety officers fulfill their role in risk reduction.
  29. Enhance staff skills and improve employee performance to achieve the highest standards.
  30. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.

preferably a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science.Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in occupational health and safety, with a required certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH.Preferably certified as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (NIOSH) and trained in Safety Committee Member courses.Additional certifications or training in safety-related fields, such as civil defense system design, scaffold safety, or environmental safety, are preferred.
