- Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals.
- Monitor actual revenue and trends daily, weekly, and monthly vs. latest forecast, reporting deviations to management on time.
- Conduct detailed month-end closing analysis.
- Prepare business cases for Sales and Marketing initiatives, highlighting potential risks and opportunities vs. actual and plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Own the rolling forecast process, providing timely updates based on business trends and external factors.
- Provide insights on sales, margins, cost of goods sold (COGS), and working capital.
- Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and cost structures to optimize pricing and profitability.
- Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) by integrating financial insights into demand and supply planning.
- Conduct ROI analysis for major projects, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to assess capacity planning and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Evaluate investment decisions, product pricing, and profitability drivers.
- Implement initiatives to reduce inventory holding costs and improve cash conversion cycles.
- Monitor OPEX trends, analyze cost drivers, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Partner with department heads to manage costs, improve cost efficiency, and optimize operational expenses.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of OPEX, COGS, CAPEX, and financial modeling.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and supply chain finance.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Strong communication and business partnering skills to influence stakeholders.
