Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong negotiation, budgeting, and resource management skills.PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and contract specifications.Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
