We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and oversee HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across the department. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and plays a key role in supporting talent management, Compensation & benefits, and compliance.

Assists the HR Manager with managing human resource operations. Plans and organizes workloads and recommends staff assignments as needed. Monitors priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
 

• Assist in supervising HR functions including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management.
   
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.
   
• Oversee employee relations to ensure a positive and engaging work environment.
   
• Assist in designing and managing performance appraisal and talent development programs.
   
• Recommends salary ranges, gathering, compiling and analyzing the salary and benefits of comparable positions; analyzing market factors and implementing compensation plan changes; develops and revises position descriptions, and evaluation and placement of positions within classifications.
   
• Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
   
• Provide insights on workforce planning and retention strategies.
