- Project Planning and Execution:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field .15-20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards.Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its application in infrastructure projects.
