Community and Content Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Community and Content Manager to lead online engagement and content strategies. This role includes managing moderators, editors, and technical operations across platforms while driving audience growth through engaging content. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital storytelling, social media trends, and multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead moderators and editors for each platform, ensuring consistent community engagement.
    • Oversee podcast, video, and multimedia production projects.
  2. Technology Lead:
    • Oversee platform maintenance, AI-driven tools, and major technical decisions.
    • Supervise the Web Developer and manage technical operations.
    • Support integrations for new features or channels.
  3. Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
    • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  4. Community Engagement:
    • Manage online communities across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Organize virtual events, webinars, and campaigns to boost engagement.
  5. Social Media Management:
    • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
    • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in multimedia production (e.g., podcasts, videos).Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).3+ years of experience in community management, content creation, or social media marketing.Experience managing digital campaigns and online communities.Experience supervising technical operations or web development projects.Creative, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Passion for social media trends and digital culture.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
