- Demonstrate deep knowledge of IT products, materials, and equipment used in various systems.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, covering schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Provide and review high-level & low-level designs, Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), and as-built drawings.
- Oversee the implementation of project management methodologies and tools for efficient execution.
- Ensure all work adheres to contract specifications, approved design drawings, and agreed procedures.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
- Assign clear tasks, set expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Provide guidance, resolve challenges, and promote a positive team environment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Track project performance using MS Project, ERP Odoo, and project sheets to monitor progress.
- Analyse project data and generate reports for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet organizational quality standards and best practices.
- Raise inspection requests for completed work and oversee change request management.
- Negotiate with clients and consultants to obtain approvals for project modifications.
- Manage and facilitate installation, commissioning, and testing to ensure seamless system integration.
- Produce and maintain progress reports for project director.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years in IT project management. MS Project, CAD/Autodesk (preferred), ERP systems.Strong team management and decision-making.Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
