Job Description :
* Payroll *: Oversees the complete payroll process, ensures accuracy and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, and maintains payroll records
Social Insurance Tasks
*Reporting employee earnings*: Accurately reporting employee earnings to social insurance agencies.
*Paying social insurance contributions*: Making timely payments of social insurance contributions, such as payroll taxes.
*Managing employee benefits*: Administering employee benefits, such as workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and disability
*Filing social insurance reports*: Filing reports with social insurance agencies, such as the Social Security Administration.
Recruitment
*Job postings*: Creating job postings that accurately describe the payroll job responsibilities and requirements.
*Candidate sourcing*: Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
*Screening and interviewing
*: Screening candidates and conducting interviews to assess their payroll knowledge, skills, and experience
Working Hours : 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
Days off : Friday and Saturday
* 3-5 years of experience areas, payroll, personnal and recruitment construction companies is a must.* Very good English is a must.* Very good MS office and Microsoft Visio.
