• Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs and workshops.
• Manage the training calendar, schedules, and resources.
• Develop training materials and update them as needed.
• Track trainee protofolio, progress and maintain detailed training records.
• Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Improve training procedures and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.• 3-6 years of experience in training coordination or a related roles.• Very good English language • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.• Strong time-management skills and planning abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to track, manage trainees in high professional manner.
