We are looking for a *Pre-sales Specialist* to assist the sales team by preparing *quotations, technical proposals, and product recommendations*. This role involves analyzing client requirements, supporting sales with technical expertise, and ensuring the best-fit solutions for customers.
- Prepare *detailed quotations* based on client needs and project requirements.
- Assist the sales team in *understanding technical specifications* and recommending suitable solutions.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical details.
- Support the preparation of *technical proposals, RFPs, and tender documents*.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding *product specifications, compatibility, and pricing*.
- Maintain an updated database of *products, prices, and technical documentation*.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
Bachelor’s degree* in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience* in presales, sales support, or a related role. Strong knowledge of *CCTV, access control, IPTV, and security systems*. Experience in *preparing quotations and technical proposals*. Proficiency in *Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint*. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with *ERP or CRM systems is a plus
