We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Internal Audit Supervisor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency and risk management. This role requires a strong understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and internal controls within a public accounting environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**  - Lead and manage internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.  - Develop risk-based audit plans and execute audit programs effectively.  - Assess internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.  - Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for management.  - Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and performance feedback.  - Collaborate with management and clients to improve operational processes and controls.  - Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.  - Assist in special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives.  - Ensure proper documentation of audit work in accordance with firm policies and professional standards.  - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. **Qualifications & Requirements:**  - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  - CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred.  - Minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably within a public accounting firm.  - Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance requirements.  - Experience with risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodologies.  - Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  - Strong leadership and team management skills.
