1. Managing the process of the chronic medication cycle and reporting any undelivered
medications to the call center for follow-up
2. Reviewing the cash sales on a daily basis and filling cash sales report; stating the reasons of
difference, if there is any
3. Following up on the contracting sales and the delivery of the branch and analyzing the reasons
for the increase or decrease in the sales rates.
4. Setting an action plan " Who, When and How" to achieve the sales target; received from the
operations manager
5. Presenting an analysis report of the sales plan to the direct manager three days before the
beginning of the month
6. Supervising pharmacy personnel and developing a plan to improve their performance
7. Providing training to new personnel, and conducting periodic meetings with employees to
follow up on their performance
8. Reporting the pharmacy's and personnel's performance to the line manager on a regular basis
9. Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as, the general appearance of the pharmacy
10. Reviewing the branch CCTV on a daily basis
11. Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription drugs.
12. Extracting an expiry report for the items that will be expired within 6 months and preparing an
action plan for them
13. Providing a monthly report for medication shortages (in market or pharmacy) with the
alternatives to be stated
14. Sending the branch's order to the orders committee on time and revising the received items to
match the requested order
15. Addressing customers' requests and complaints and working on resolving them
16. Following up on solving problems with the competent departments under the supervision of the
line manager, as soon as, they occur
17. Providing a weekly report for all the transfers received from other branches, including the
reason
18. Solving any pending claims in the statements and sending the statements weekly to the finance
department
19. Adhering to the company policy and procedures and maintaining the workflow of the branch
20. Performing other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
