- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure a smooth workflow
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist in decision-making processes and project management
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
