- Purchasing Operations:
- Source and purchase raw materials, supplies, and equipment from local and foreign markets.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery, quality, and pricing.
- Resolve supplier issues, including delays, shortages, and quality problems.
- Cost Management:
- Analyze market trends to forecast material costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the production, finance, and logistics teams to meet business needs.
- Provide purchasing updates in regular team meetings.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement.- Experience in both local and international procurement is preferred
