Job Summary:
MediMatrix is looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The employee will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the company's image.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, responding to inquiries politely via phone, social media, or in person.
- Register customer information and efficiently manage appointments.
- Provide clear information about the company's services, prices, and offers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work on finding appropriate and prompt solutions.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as doctors and management, to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain updated records and reports.
- Implement the company’s approved customer service policies and procedures.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- A relevant university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various types of customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle problems efficiently.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Politeness, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an added advantage.
