Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare commercial Steering Provide feedback and insights to senior management to improve business processes.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales.
  • Take full advantage of long-standing customer relations and to provide marketing intelligence with regard to trends, new developments and competitor activity.
  • Deliver the necessary presentation to new clients to improve SGGE market position and achieve financial growth.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all current and future regulations and legislation pertaining to the glass/construction industry and trends.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience more than 10 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on senior management roles.Experience in building materials or manufacturing industries is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
