- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, workplace safety, and employee rights.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to management and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
