CRM Specialist

As a CRM Specialist you need to be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess expertise in CRM flows and ad hoc campaign management, and have hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Braze specifically).

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Implementing end-to-end CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention, engagement, and conversion, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Developing and executing ad hoc CRM campaigns (push notifications, emails, and in-app messages) to address specific customer needs or target segments, and monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Utilizing customer data to segment the user base effectively and delivering personalized messaging that drives customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Leveraging the Braze platform to create, schedule, and analyze campaigns, staying updated with the latest Braze features and best practices to optimize campaign performance continually
  • Conducting A/B tests on various campaign elements and automated flows, such as subject lines, content, and delivery timings, to identify the most effective strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing CRM campaign performance metrics regularly, preparing insightful reports, and recommending improvements to enhance customer engagement and ROI
  • Working closely with the CRM Manager to analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing user experience, retention, and conversion rates
  • Identifying and addressing CRM-related issues promptly, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations


 


Key qualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience (3+ years) in CRM campaign execution, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry1+ years experience in Braze preferredProficiency in using CRM platforms for campaign management and analysis (preferably Braze)Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written communication skills in both languagesWhat you will bringStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsA creative mindset with a strong eye for detail to deliver engaging and personalized CRM campaignsFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-makingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
