We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in high-volume hiring, and the ability to attract top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
• Develop relationships with vocational schools, universities, and job fairs to enhance hiring efforts.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to HR leadership.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
