Talent Acquisition Supervisor

  • Sources and attracts candidates by using different channels.
  • Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Conducts HR interviews and manage the technical interview process.
  • Performs reference checks as needed.
  • Manages on-boarding and new hire process.
  • Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Fully commitment of HR policies in all work activities
  • Work and form relationships with internal departments’ heads know and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Develop, evaluate and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to reach the offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, exit interview analysis and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
    Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
  • Update or build job description and document specifications and did job analysis when needed
  • Follow-up references and check credits
    Provide daily/weekly reports to direct mangers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions
  • Make sure that all candidates prepared all hiring documents in a correct way before starting their work

Bachelor’s degree is A mustMedical background ( Hospitals - Pharmaceuticals - Medical Representatives - Lab ) is a prefer Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient with social media and recruiting platforms5: 8 years of Experience in recruitingCertifications in HR are preferableTeam building, Problem-solving, Time management, and Negotiations skillsExcellent communications skills, and report presenting
