- Ensure completeness and accuracy of general ledger accounts by reviewing, identifying, and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Review the accuracy of recorded financial data in sub-ledgers.
- Verify and post journal entries related to general ledger accounts.
- Comply with all requests from the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.
- Review monthly closing reports, validate journal entries, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Adhere to all accounting policies and procedures related to the general ledger.
- Continuously develop and evaluate skills through company training programs and performance assessments.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned that align with job objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Experience: 3-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in medium to large-sized companies. Prior experience in team management is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with accounting software, particularly Oracle ERP.
