• Maintained & updated all process related documents for reference purposes.
• Audi different process areas with process owners
• Assist in monitoring process performance & improvements in key metrics through compiling&
tracking data.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys as well as internal surveys.
• Assist in conducting root cause analysis for internal & external issues.
• Conduct formal & informal reviews at pre-determined points through the development life
cycle and monitored conformance with QA standards and procedures.
