  2. Customer Support Intern (Arabic Speaker, Shift-based)

 Position 1: Operations Intern (Full-time, Shift-based)Responsibilities: Follow up on orders placed through the websiteAnswer customer inquiries and send informational emailsHandle the shipping, tracking, and delivery of productsCoordinate with courier companies and other shipping services to ensure timely deliveryManage other ad-hoc operations and customer relations tasksRequirements: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for analysis and reportingPreferably previous internship experience in the tourism industry and/or customer-facing positionsAdvanced communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsFluency in English Ability to work in rotating shifts (09:00-18:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 14:00-23:00)  ------------------------------------------------------------------  Position 2: Customer Support Intern (Arabic Speaker, Shift-based)Responsibilities: Follow up with customer ordersRespond to customer emails and manage information flowResolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, and cancellationsWork with courier companies and cargo services to ensure timely deliveriesCommunicate with the Customer Support Manager on all customer care & support issuesManage customer care tools (databases, manuals, in-house forms)Internship Requirements: Native Arabic speaker with excellent English skillsAbility to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environmentStrong customer-centric approach and proactive problem-solving skillsGood planning and organizational skillsClear and professional communication via email, chat, and phoneA team player with a positive and motivated attitude
