- Conduct employee orientations to provide new hires with an introduction to the company's values, culture, policies, and procedures.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to showcase our brand, connect with potential candidates, and build relationships with industry partners.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage social media platforms and other online channels to promote the company's employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry associations or community organizations, to enhance employer branding opportunities.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:From 2-3 years of experience in HR Field.
