- Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the Teaching Effectiveness Office.
- Coordinate faculty development programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of strategies to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and budget administration for training activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and external partners to support teaching excellence.
- Track faculty participation in professional development activities and prepare relevant reports.
- Collect and analyze feedback, assessments, and survey data to evaluate teaching effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies related to faculty development and teaching standards.
- Maintain databases, documentation, and digital resources for faculty training and teaching improvement.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and program evaluation is a plus.Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.Experience in leading trainings and workshops.Preferably to be familiar with academic administration.Experience in budget management, procurement, and grantreporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an academic, faculty development, preferably within higher education settingBSc degree preferably in education, Instructional Design, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
