Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Specialist located in Alexandria. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as interacting with customers, providing product knowledge, assisting with sales, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting beauty products that meet their needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing personalized recommendations
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, product ingredients, and application techniques
  • Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies
  • Educate customers on product usage, skincare regimens, and beauty tips
  • Offer personalized beauty consultations and advice
  • Work with team members and store management to meet sales objectives
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales and product knowledge
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve sales strategies
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.
