Responsibilities:
Project engineers oversee all hands-on aspects
Preparing and issuing weekly/monthly reports as stipulated by client on agreed cut-off dates to assess the project progress, shortfalls, concerns etc.
Working with project managers and company executives to procure the resources necessary for successful project completion
Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Overseeing HR, resource management and quality control sectors
Quickly identifying and creatively resolving project issues
Project engineers make the most out of the resources they are given and ensure the time-efficient, high-quality delivery of a finished product.
Communicating directly with clients as an interim about the status of a project
working with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
Maintain client's satisfaction within delivery process.
Ensuring quality control and adhering to regulatory standards
Reviewing engineering deliverables
Managing materials and resources
Submitting reports on project status and updates
Assist assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Prepare monthly forecasting sheet for the project progress
Update project technical forecasting for the project based ongoing changes
Prepare project status report, providing details for workflow, resources, progress, obstacles, recommendations, and all the considerable events of the past month.
