- Execute demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities and internal requirements.
- Present the product or service favorably in a structured professional way face-to-face or as required.
- Responsible for regular customer visits for training and ongoing support.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Research the market for being up to date with the latest Ed trends/Projects.
- Assess and monitor training effectiveness and after sales support.
- Provide coaching and professional development to other team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, and their technical sales skills.
- Build and develop the teacher community across the region.
- Gather and maintain the teachers’ data and hold the data on standards for each client.
- Report all training activities to the EdTech Manager
- Assist and support customers in all matters related to our products’ software.
