CRM Coordinator

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our team and oversee the implementation and management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date to optimize customer engagement and retention strategies.
 


Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and efficiency.Analyze customer data and generate reports to support marketing and sales strategies.Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on CRM data and customer behavior analysis.Train employees on how to use the CRM system effectively.Suggest improvements to customer engagement strategies based on data insights.Troubleshoot CRM-related technical and administrative issues, working with IT teams when needed.Ensure customer data compliance with relevant laws and company policies.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
