Communication Manager

  • Create a newsletter to be shared with parents and students while working closely with teaching staff and principal to generate a monthly newsletter
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff, students, and parents informed about important updates, achievements, and upcoming events.
  • Create and send all Parent communications through all CISE communication channels.
  • Work closely with the student council in both Elementary and Secondary to promote positive outcomes and any workshops.
  • Prepares all forms, reports, and surveys related to staff, students, and parents. 
  • Receives, handles, and tracks parents’ complaints and follows up to ensure resolution if referred to by the school director.
  • Compiles and Prepares weekly reports regarding parents' complaints
  • Help in organizing and facilitating events to engage with the school community, including open houses, PD days, workshops, and presentations. Build partnerships with all departments to enhance the school's community presence.
  • Coordinate with the marketing communications team to prepare or update admission materials and college publications.
  • Set open house times while coordinating with the marketing team and the admins.
  • Follow up with all admission communication between the admissions team and the parents.
  • Revise and proofread all school publications from the marketing department
