- Carries out repairs to products sold by LOB, e.g. mobile phones and aiming to deliver quality after-sale service and to generate customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Ensures that work is carried out in line with RAYA working instructions, operating procedures and policies
- Executes repair work diligently and in line with promised deliverables and within standard operating procedures
- Ensures that Mobile troubleshooting guidelines are observed
- Operates with QMS, EMS, OHAS Req. and ESD Req. standards
- Ensures that work is carried out efficiently at high quality and within the budgeted time limits for the job
- Ensures that data and other information is dealt with accurately and in line with standard practice
- Ensures correct and efficient utilization of resources (tools, spins, etc) as per job requirements
