The Assistant manager supports the Club Manager in the management of daily operations with special focus on restaurant and facilities.
Responsibilties include
- Assist the manager in the organization and supervision of daily operations
- Purchasing and Inventory control, monitor restaurant performance
- Managing of events and functions
- Supervise cleaning, gardening and security. Help to make sure that the locations are clean and attractive at all times
- Identify and supervise facility maintenance contractors
- Identification and implementation of new promotion channels for the Swissclub, including social media
- Sales of Events and gala dinners for corporate and private guests
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system for the club
- Monitor Staff attendance
- Deputize the Club Manager during absences
The position is based on 5 days a week on site with regular evening and weekend work.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or Marketing, and a minimum of 3 years work experience.F&B or Restaurant management experienceC1 EnglishStrong leadership and communication skillsFluency in spoken Arabic.
