  • Provide the necessary maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems for end user devices.
  • Communicate bugs, issues or defects in IT systems to the users through their different support channels and follow-up on open support tickets till they get closed timely and accurately.
  • Prepare, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and MACs.
  • Deploy antivirus programs on desktops and laptops for keeping the organization free of viruses.
  • Performing preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor Information Security Policy Execution on end user devices.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications printers and scanners for users.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults occurred for users.
  • Respond and document all troubleshooting and incident management actions via the ticketing system.
  • Provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
  • Collaborate and support the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.1-3 experience in the same role.Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS).Experience in basic maintenance of PC’s, Laptops, printers (Hardware, Software).Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.English level: very good.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Personable, professional.Preferably from the residents of 10th of Ramadan and nearby areas
