Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design and implement diverse and innovative menus that cater to various tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and the preferences of the German market.
Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and optimizing kitchen workflows.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control food costs, and minimize waste to achieve financial targets.
Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all outlets.
Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to source quality ingredients, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.
Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform menu planning and operational improvements.
Education: Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary management role, preferably within the German culinary context or in a similar market.Skills:Proven leadership and team management abilities.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.In-depth knowledge of German cuisine and culinary techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.Proficiency in using kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Certifications: Accreditation from a recognized culinary institution is advantageous.
