Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training packages, including materials, assessments, and training aids.
- Conduct skill gap analysis and maintain training needs assessments.
- Deliver competency-based training programs focused on mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, crushers, and hydraulic systems.
- Provide assessments, coaching, and mentoring for maintenance teams.
- Offer on-the-job coaching at scheduled times.
- Support field mentoring for the Applied Technical School program and vocational training initiatives.
Requirements:???? Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant field.???? Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.???? Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.???? Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with computer tools.???? Certification: TOT certification is preferred.
