- Monitor food and beverage expenses, costs and payroll in all food and beverage outlets by analyzing daily profit and loss data, sales, purchases, orders and consumption.
- Prepare a daily report on food costs and identify and control menu cost issues.
- Research, analyze, prepare reports, analyzes and various studies according to the directives of the Food and Beverage Manager and the Finance Manager, including profit and loss data.
- Prepare cost lists, determine prices and increases in food and beverage prices.
- Assist outlet managers in preparing budgets controlling expenses and other methods of cost control.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tourism and hotels.Previous experience as a cost controller in the food and beverage , Nightlife industry is a Must.2 to 3 years experience in the same field. Previous experience in systems such as Comsys or Oracle is a Must.
