We are looking for a motivated After-Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate from any faculty with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding products/services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
