This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Property Consultant. You will be responsible for providing guidance to buyers and sellers, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service, always staying updated with the market and conducting market research.
Client Advisory:
- Provide clients with professional advice on property investments, market trends, and property valuations.
- Understand the needs and preferences of clients to recommend suitable properties for sale, purchase, or lease.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions based on market conditions, property prices, and financing options.
Property Sales and Leasing:
- Promote and sell properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the process from viewings to closing.
- Facilitate property leasing deals by matching landlords with potential tenants.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts between buyers, sellers, and renters.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest property market trends, prices, and developments.
- Conduct property research to ensure accurate information is shared with clients.
- Monitor competitor listings to ensure the company's offerings are competitive in the market.
Property Viewings and Presentations:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and deliver engaging property presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Provide virtual tours and detailed property reports to clients.
