Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.• Proven experience in building and managing organizational structures.• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and data management tools.• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective teams.• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
