Responsibilities:
- Assist with the procurement of joinery materials and services for fit-out company needs .
- Source and evaluate suppliers of materials and spare parts, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure materials meet company specifications, quality standards, and design requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and track delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular updates on procurement progress and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure the availability of quality goods and services.
Requirements: - 2+ years of procurement experience in the joinery Industry - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficient in procurement software and MS Office. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards throughout procurement processes.
