Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at Star Trans Plant in the October Area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as general HR functions.
This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2 days per week (2 locations).
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making offers.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure open positions are filled in a timely manner.
* Leverage various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media and networking events.
* Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
* Manage the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
* Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives, such as employee relations, training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
* Proven track record of success in recruiting and talent acquisition, with a minimum of [5] years’ experience.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
* Knowledge of the October job market is a plus.
