SQUARE Engineering Firm is seeking an accomplished Mechanical Team Leader Engineer with expertise in the hospitality sector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead mechanical engineering projects within the construction domain, ensuring exceptional execution, adherence to industry standards, and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and manage the mechanical aspects of construction projects, with a focus on hospitality sector projects (e.g., hotels, and resorts).
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical direction and support.
- Ensure project deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines while complying with safety and quality standards.
- Review and validate mechanical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain quality control.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
