- Develop and implement strategies to attract corporate sponsorships and individual donations.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, donors, and philanthropic organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners.
- Create compelling sponsorship and fundraising proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
- Organize fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and donor appreciation programs.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align funding efforts with institutional goals.
- Track and report on fundraising and sponsorship performance to ensure targets are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fundraising, or a related field. Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or nonprofit marketing.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is a plus.
