  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategy
  • Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Align marketing and sales strategies to optimize performance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales Excellence, Sales, Finance & Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of programs
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives to optimize sales performance and improve future strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and promotional outcomes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Design and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and ensure optimal product placement in retail spaces
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with overall business goals

3-5 years in trade marketing, or sales roles, preferably in a related industry (Telecom, FMCG, retail or Fintech)Strong analytical skills to assess market data and sales performance metricsExcellent in communication skills for effective collaboration and presentationsProficient in negotiating deals and managing retailer relationshipsExperienced in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
