As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing personnel, enhancing employee relations, and driving organizational development. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, on-boarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all HR functions, including personnel management, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.  
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management. 
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.  
  • Enhance the Performance Management System (PMS) to drive employee development and continuous feedback.  
  • Support talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and on-boarding new hires.  
  • Implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.  
  • Coordinate HR training and development programs. 
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
