About the Role

As a CRM Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategies, ensuring seamless communication, strong client retention, and optimized CRM performance. Your role will be crucial in analyzing customer behaviors, streamlining our CRM processes, and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance our customer journey.

 

What You’ll Do

 Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
 Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty strategies.
 Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to drive sales growth.
 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
 Train and support staff on best practices for CRM usage.
 Monitor CRM performance, recommend improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.

 What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably within coffee trading, FMCG, or a similar industry.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and customer insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
